Mehdi Benouna is the head of Dentons Sayarh & Menjra’s Tax practice. His expertise extends to all areas of taxation: the provision of tax advice; the tax aspects of corporate restructuring; assisting with tax audits; and obtaining tax approvals and discharges.

Mehdi also assists his clients in their relationships with the tax authorities at every stage of a tax audit or dispute.

He regularly provides tax planning advice to leading multinationals, financial institutions and private equity houses.
